Wilderness Brewery
We make a range of farmhouse style beers from our little site in Newtown, mid-Wales, changing what we brew according to the seasons. Our beers are either released fresh, or aged and soured in our barrel store for 9 - 18 months with a range of different wild yeasts and bacteria. This allows them to naturally develop earthy, funky flavours, pick up character from the oak barrels, and gain a little acidity. During the coronavirus outbreak we are offering national courier delivery as well as a local drop off service on a Friday, including of 4-pint “take-out” containers.
